Interior Renovation
The Downtown Salt Lake Luxury Condo is a comprehensive interior architectural renovation that reimagines an urban high-rise residence into an open, modern sanctuary. Situated in the urban core of Salt Lake City, the design prioritizes expansive sightlines toward the downtown skyline and surrounding mountain silhouettes, orienting living spaces to maximize natural light and visual connection to the city.
The renovation reconfigured compartmentalized layouts into a fluid, cohesive interior envelope centered around an open-concept great room, dining area, and chef’s kitchen. A restrained, sophisticated material palette—featuring custom flat-panel rift-cut millwork, waterfall natural stone islands, wide-plank hardwood flooring, and concealed architectural pocketing—creates clean planes and minimizes visual clutter. Private zones, including the primary suite and spa bath, were overhauled with tailored storage solutions, frameless glass enclosures, and integrated acoustic dampening to ensure a quiet retreat within a dense urban setting.
