Located at 280 West Harris Avenue, The Wine Store represents a thoughtful integration of modern retail design within Salt Lake City’s urban fabric. Our firm aimed to create a space that enhances the wine-shopping experience while contributing to the revitalization of the 300 West corridor.
The store’s design embraces a contemporary aesthetic, characterized by clean lines and an open floor plan. The exterior façade combines glass and metal, creating a sleek and inviting presence along Harris Avenue. Inside, spacious aisles and strategically placed displays encourage exploration, while large windows maximize natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. A neutral color scheme, complemented by warm wood accents, provides an elegant backdrop that allows the wine selection to stand out.
In line with sustainable design principles, the project incorporates energy-efficient lighting, HVAC systems, and locally sourced materials to reduce its environmental footprint. The Wine Store contributes to the ongoing development of the area, offering a modern retail destination that caters to both casual shoppers and wine enthusiasts alike.
