Project Description:
The remodel of an existing masonry warehouse building into a brew pub complete with brewing facilities, a kitchen and dining space for 250 patrons.
Large, clear-story lined vaults were cut into the existing roof and rear walls of the structure to create a bright, inviting dining environment. An open plan was developed with cooking and brewing activities kept in full view of the dining area. Full architectural and interior design services were provided for this 9,000 square foot project
